...And buy these shoes! I should mention that I love shoes! It might even classify as an obsession. You could say that I have OSD, Obsessive Shoe Disorder. But I would never say it's a disorder, more like a way of life. I mean you can't hardly walk around without shoes on your feet. And as Carrie says in Sex and the City: "It's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes. That's why sometimes you need really special shoes."
And no better shoe to walk in than this platform by Victor & Rolf. This gets me so excited for spring! It's perfect to pair with a cute sundress. And I'm positive I need it for my Easter outfit.
Now if you like over kill, which I do, see below...
Voila! I am in LOVE with this shoe! Again by Victor & Rolf. You gotta be careful with this shoe though. You want to pair it with a very simple dress, jewelry and hand bag to balance your overall look.
No one does shoes better than Manolo Blahnik! Case and point above. The buttons going up the front give the shoe a Victorian look. How great would these look with a Chanel suit? It's on my list of shoes to buy because they're perfect for spring when it's wet outside. It's a closed toe platform, so your feet will stay dry.
Are you someone that complains about wearing heels? First I would tell you to suck it up and then I would tell you to get these Valentino flats because they're super cute! This sandal is a gladiator with a feminine touch and would be great to wear at a beach where, unfortunately, heels should not be worn.
I have given you a list of dream shoes, a list every woman should have even if you can't afford anything on that list. It's good to aim high!
The first Victor and Rolf shoes are soooo lush, if Marie Antoinette had been born 200 years later she would have been sporting them in a billion colors. Love love love. Also jonesing for the Manolos, really pushing a nice Victorian aesthetic with those faux boot closures.
